Care Instructions for porcelain toilets, sinks, tubs, bidets, etc.
Porcelain.
Porcelain toilets, sinks and tubs are coated with a thin layer of glass which gives them their glossy appearance. The absorption and build up of water minerals over time will dull that finish and leave rings. Cleaning will require harsh chemicals and abrasives that will damage the surface and eventually be ineffective. You seal porcelain for the same reasons you seal shower glass
Our sealants are also effective on baked enamel bath fixtures.

Use a #98 pad or nylon scrub brush in conjunction with Diamond Seal Cleaner & Revitalizer or a mild cleaner of your choice and clean the surfaces weekly. Again, do not use cleaners with abrasives or acids. They will greatly reduce the amount of time our sealants will be effective. Our sealants create a non-stick surface, but regular maintenance with mild cleaners is absolutely necessary for best results.
